What We Do
RBS is based on a creative think tank concept. Using this concept we bring together successful and credentialed people to help materialize a client's overall vision into concrete terms and strategies to accomplish their goals. We help the client fill in the blanks by incorporating the creative into a business process. We gather information from the client (internal source) and external sources (hard data), we interpolate this information into both a personal and corporate strategic plan for individuals as well as their companies.
Smart thinking? Not if you don't know what we are saying! And we say what we mean. Right! You talk and we listen and by listen, we want to hear it all. Your goals, aspirations and yes, those forgotten dreams for you or your company.
That's where the real fun begins. In our imaginations, we can do anything. It's that sense of adventure we want to capture and help you create your plan for personal or business success. When you get sick you go to the doctor, need groceries you go to the store, out of ideas and short on dreams, you come see us.
Companies and great ideas fail for one of two reasons: people or poor planning. People need to be inspired by the vision, know what the vision and expectations are and execute the strategy. Let's start the conversation. We are all ears.

Change:
Today's Buzz word or what!

You can make change. Four quarters for a dollar.
The weather changes daily.
You can change your clothes. Your lifestyle. Change is a word filled with possibilities.
Politicians promise change. Charities want to change the world for the better. Change offers hope. Change promises life will be better. Change our partners for different ones.
Change builds on the future and ignores the past. Change doesn't identify what will happen, or who will change, it only means the circumstance we are presently in hopefully will.. change. Change doesn't ask why. Doesn't say how.. it only says change.
I think the word Change needs to be ..you guessed it changed. Removed completely from our vocabulary. It needs to be replaced with the word DO. Do only has one meaning Do is never a noun .It is an active verb A word that calls one to take action. Action is the only way to eliminate change. Change can be confusing.
ACTION requires thinking, planning and DOING. It takes your dream or vision from a possibility to a reality. If you are ready for action, then we are ready for you.
